One of the most beautiful and meaningful ceremonies we have in our local church is the baby dedication. It is a time when we celebrate the gift of life that God has given to the parents and to the church family. It is also a time when we commit ourselves to raise the child in the ways of the Lord, to teach them His Word and His love, and to pray for them throughout their lives.
Baby dedication is not a sacrament or a means of salvation. It is a public declaration of the parents' faith and their desire to dedicate their child to God's purposes. It is also a way of inviting the church community to support them in their parenting journey, to be their friends, mentors, and role models.
We encourage all parents who are members or regular attenders of our local church to consider dedicating their baby to the Lord.
